The Prayer Map for Girls/Boys by Barbour Publishing

This is an interactive journal for boys or girls. The sections to write in for each day include Dear God, I’m Thankful For, My Worries, People I am Prayer For, Here’s What’s Going on in My Life, My Needs, Other STuff I Need to Share with You God, and a short verse at the end.

This is a wonderful little journal to help your 8-12-year-old child with their prayer time. I like how they try to vary what children are thinking about when they pray instead of just making requests, such as “People I’m Praying For” and “I’m Thankful For.” I do wish there were sections for adoration and confession, but if your child needs a little boost in their prayer time, this could be a good stepping stone.
