Summary

Written as a cumulative tale (as in The House that Jack Built), this story recounts the first Easter morning.

Mom Thoughts

I’ll be honest, I don’t love cumulative stories, but this one is so beautifully illustrated and recounts the morning of the first Easter so creatively, I’ll happily make an exception for this lovely book! Especially young children will find comfort in and enjoy the repetitive nature of the text and the stunning illustrations will draw children of any age into the story. The perfect book for the Easter season!
