This classic series has stood the test of time and will hopefully continue to delight young readers for many generations to come. These sweet stories harken to a simpler time with easy-to-love characters and endearing illustrations. With themes of family, imagination, friends, and service, these are the kinds of stories I want running through my child’s mind.
Do be aware:
-In the first book, Mother Bear calls Little Bear a “fat bear cub,” which may sound rude to a child’s ears, but is not intended that way.
