Summary

This is a simple retelling of the Easter story starting on Palm Sunday, touching on Good Friday, and celebrating Easter Sunday. The emotions of how the people were feeling are emphasized and the children are encouraged to make faces that correspond to the emotion on each page. It is very interactive.

Mom Thoughts

I adore this sweet Easter book. What an interesting way to retell this familiar story focusing on the differing emotions. This is so engaging for kids. They get to hear the most important story ever told while connecting with it in possibly a brand new way. The illustrations are bright, bold, beautiful, and fun. If you have children 6 and under, this is a must have for Easter. I highly recommend it!
