Sarah lives in the foothills of South Carolina with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Sophia and Henry. Together, they enjoy filling their home with good books, music and the joyful chaos that comes with raising a young family.
Before becoming a mom, Sarah spent four years traveling with a music ministry team, serving churches across the country and sharing the hope of Christ through music. Today, she works making creative segments to enhance the learning experience for homeschool families.
Through a difficult journey to motherhood, Sarah has come to know God’s faithfulness in both seasons of grief and seasons of joy. Those experiences have deepened her compassion for others and strengthened her desire to encourage parents with the hope found in Christ.
In her free time, when she isn’t reading with her children, you’ll likely find Sarah singing or practicing the penny whistle, baking, decorating her home, or drinking coffee with a good book.
Above all, Sarah desires to know Christ more deeply and to help her children love Him with all their hearts. She hopes the books she recommends and reviews will encourage families to treasure what is good, beautiful, and true while pointing readers to the greatest Story ever told.
