Summary

This picture book has one page for every letter of the alphabet that is then correlated to something during the Reformation. For example, A is for Augustine, H is for Heidelberg, and T is for Tyndale. There are also a few numbers listed in the back that correlate, for example, “Five is for the Solas.” There is also a small Reformation Timeline in the back.

Mom Thoughts

This is such a cool book! What a fantastic idea that is executed wonderfully. They do a great job of packing a lot of information onto each page of this book, so to sit down and read it all in one sitting would be a bit overwhelming, but taking a few pages at a time would definitely be doable. When you finish this book, your child will have a fantastic grasp on most of the major players in the Reformation as well as many events. This also has great potential to be a springboard for further study into any of the events or people covered, as each one is very brief. This is a wonderful resource that I highly recommend for your family!
